i just stumbled onto this method of sending a pre-interview doc to help streamline the hiring process. does anyone else think it feels a bit too much like a test or is it actually life changing for preparing the team?

fr it definitely feels like an unpaid take-home exam if you arent careful. if the doc is more than a couple of bullet points, candidates will just skip it and treat the interview like a standard screening.
>the only way this works is if it's strictly for context on internal workflows so they don't walk in blind.
