found this breakdown on how to scale content for regulated brands using a specific five-part workflow. it seems like the only way to avoid legal/compliance bottlenecks is to build the governance directly into the structure from the start. anyone else tried implementing these types of automated checks or does it always end up being totally useless a manual mess lmao?

the "automated checks" part is always a trap. we tried setting up a script to flag specific keywords, but it just ended up flagging everything and the legal team had to manually review every single line anyway . unless u have an extremely strict set of predefined rules, it's basically just adding another layer of useless noise to the workflow
