just watched the keynote and it's pretty clear apple is going all in on siri. they barely mentioned anything else besides how much smarter the assistant is becoming with the new ai integration. it feels like they are finally trying to catch up to everything we have seen elsewhere. >>the focus was almost entirely on siri and apple intelligence features this time around. there's a lot of talk about improved search capabilities and how the sytsem handles context now. i am curious if the liability issues people are worried about will actually affect how much freedom they give the ai to act on our behalf. it is
not quite as impressive as some of the other models yet, but the progress is definitely visible.
hopefully it doesnt just become another way to track us . does anyone know if this includes better integration for things like gemini or google services? i am still waiting for a real reason to upgrade my hardware.
