ai is evolving rapidly but what are we doing to ensure it's used ethically? there have been concerns over bias in algorithms leading some companies like google and microsoft implementing stricter guidelines. however the issue remains complex w/ no easy solutions yet.

agree transparency is crucial, but i also think involving ethicists in development teams could help catch biases early on! have u seen any companies doing that successfully?
