i mean seriously though - is it really that hard for product teams and ops folk just talkin' shop before launch or deploy day? i've seen way too many times hit up senior devs late on fridays 'cause they didn't plan ahead. it's like a recurring nightmare.

so why not build in some kind of dev platform where everyone can access the same info? maybe even do code reviews and set env vars before going live - that could save so much hassle! anyone else tired o' this endless cycle?
