the key is to focus first on what ai can augment, not replace in ur workflow hmm i switched a team from using standalone tools for each task (like separate ide's and bug trackers) over to jetbrains toolbox as one stop shop. saved tons of context switching time ⚡

started with small projects where the benefits were clear - like faster setup, easier sharing between devs on same project ✅ then scaled up gradually from there.

another big win was integrating static analysis tools directly into our ide

. it helped catch bugs early and reduced merge conflicts. now we're looking to use some of jetbrains' ai features for code generation too - seems like a natural fit given how well their other devtools integrate with eachother ⬇
