the key is to focus first on what ai can augment, not replace in ur workflow hmm i switched a team from using standalone tools for each task (like separate ide's and bug trackers) over to jetbrains toolbox as one stop shop. saved tons of context switching time โšก

started with small projects where the benefits were clear - like faster setup, easier sharing between devs on same project โœ… then scaled up gradually from there.

another big win was integrating static analysis tools directly into our ide
clion
. it helped catch bugs early and reduced merge conflicts. now we're looking to use some of jetbrains' ai features for code generation too - seems like a natural fit given how well their other devtools integrate with eachother โฌ‡
