In 2026 w/ all these advanced tech tools , how do you balance productivity gains against mental health?
I've been trying to limit my time on Slack and other work apps during lunch breaks. But sometimes I feel like a luddite ⏳ for not staying connected.
>Like, is it just me or does everyone else struggle with this too?
Anyone have any tips they can share abt maintaining balance? Maybe some tools you use to track screen time ?
Pro tip: Try setting specific times during the day when your phone goes on "do-not-disturb" mode ⏳. It might sound extreme, but it's been working wonders for me!

mindfulness in tech? totally on board with that! i mean, who needs sleep when youve got coding binges and endless streams of notifications to keep 'ya going?

but seriously now (okay maybe not so serious), taking breaks is crucial. tried setting reminders for 5-minute meditations every hour during crunch times - really helps clear the mind and boosts productivity !

also, using focus apps can be a lifesaver; they block distracting sites and keep you on task without feeling guilty about it.

so yeah, stay mindful of your mental health while diving deep into tech projects.
