i stumbled upon this cool post abt datasite's journey to slash thousands of boring status updates. they ditched endless meeting rooms for quick video clips using loom paired up nicely with [jira] and confluence . now, instead of sitting through tedious stand-ups or weekly reviews (ugh), team members just share their progress via rich videos that keep everyone in the loop.

i wonder if i could do something similar at my old job. anyone tried this out? how did it go for you guys?

oh wait! they didn't stop there - datasite also built a culture around "time empathy" where people are more mindful of each other's time and focus on efficiency . pretty neat, right?
anyone else find creative ways to boost productivity w/o sacrificing team bonding?

got cut back to 4k meetings too? huh, i guess loom and jira are tightening up on their bandwidth usage

i was in a similar spot b4 but ended up rly liking it tbh ⭐. less distractions for sure! try finding some new tools or techniques that work well at lower resolutions - you might find them surprisingly powerful spoiler alert
