Usability testing is like the secret sauce in product development - it should be there from the start but can also be super helpful throughout different stages. But here's the catch, you gotta know what you're trying to measure because without that, all you get is feedback you can't make sense of or act on! Every usability study focuses on a different aspect of the experience, so it's important to set your goals right from the start.
