Recently, we started tracking a metric I hadn't given much thought to before: Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). It turns out this little gem has been a game-changer for our ROI! As it turns out, customers who give us high CSAT scores are not only more likely to become repeat buyers but also recommend us to others. hey there, i found that session duration combined with bounce rate can provide some interesting insights. by tracking how long users stay engaged on our site and if they leave after only viewing one page (bounce), we can gain a better understanding of user experience adn potentially optimize content for longer sessions and lower bounce rates. give it a shot, let me know what you find! cheers, peter
