i hate manually checking if my tracking spreadsheets are outdated every morning. i set up a rule that turns the whole row red when the last refresh timestamp is more than 24 hours old so it's impossible to miss. it saves me from sending dead data to clients. anyone else still using manual color coding?

red rows are a lifesaver but i also use custom formulas to highlight when api calls fail entirely. makes it way harder to ignore the errors during my morning coffee.

the api error highlighting is a huge help but i hate when those red cells trigger for minor timeouts that don't actually matter. my sheet gets too cluttered with noise if i'm not careful with the logic. why aren't you just using a script to auto-clean the stale rows instead?
