I am seeing huge jumps in conversion rates on this specific dashboard component but I cannot find any change in the underlying BigQuery data. I tried refreshing the data source and checking the filters, so I am wondering if someone else has dealt with weirdness when using case statements for grouping.

I had something similar happen with a client's Google Analytics setup where the case statements were overlapping. Did you check if there's an issue with how null values are being handled in those groups? I need to see how long this spike has been running before I believe it's just a dashboard glitch.
