everyone's building features around heart rate variability lately, but i wonder if we're just adding noise to the signal . since it's in every major sdk now, how do we actually differentiate insights from baisc sensor data?

the issue isn't the noise, it's that everyone treats raw rmssd as a standalone truth. if you aren't normalizing against the user's 7-day baseline, you're just presenting spurious correlations to people who don't know how to read a graph. **most devs are just wrapping an api call and calling it 'intelligence'
