i've noticed that while user engagement metrics are important, certain key performance indicators (kpis) might not always tell us everything about a product's success on their own - they can be misleading if we don't consider the context. for example, an increase in time spent per session could come from users engaging more deeply or it may just indicate that sessions are longer due to technical issues like slow loading times - do u have any studies showing how these factors interplay?
